Residential AutoPay Discount Update

Effective October 1, 2026, Gloucester Refuse is updating its AutoPay discounts for standard residential customers.

  • Quarterly AutoPay: $2.00 discount per quarterly bill

  • Monthly AutoPay: AutoPay discount will be discontinued

Customers currently enrolled in AutoPay do not need to take any action. Your AutoPay enrollment will continue as scheduled.
